About Bold Adulting
Through workshops, coaching, and a podcast, Masha Evpak of Bold Adulting supports college departments and grad school programs in helping their students to be more productive and satisfied in their careers and projects. Through interactive problem-solving and authentic connection, workshop attendees will become stronger individually and as a group.
Many academic administrators, faculty, and staff members want to help their students to improve their productivity and gain career satisfaction, but they may not have time to give them as much support as they need.
Booking a group workshop or 1-on-1 coaching sessions for your students helps you to help them without weighing down your busy to-do list.
About Bold Adulting’s Founder
Masha Evpak began leading Career Productivity & Confidence workshops when she was a grad student at UC San Diego, studying genetics. Stressed out by imposter syndrome (low confidence), she realized that she wasn’t the only one who didn’t feel good enough to pursue their big dream goals. When she realized this is a systemic issue, she started running workshops for students, and Bold Adulting was born.
She loves to swim, be with loved ones, cuddle her cat, pet other people’s dogs, forgo small talk for real talk on her podcast, tell stories about saying “no thanks” to unwelcome societal expectations, make eclectic art, and most of all, help students find the confidence to make progress in their careers.
Masha’s pronouns are she or they. If you tell her your pronouns, she promises to use them and not over-apologize if she messes up.
